Twenty days in London went by quickly and it’s taken me four days to go through all of my pictures and share some of the best. I’m not a great photographer, but as you can see I like photos with people. Enjoy!

Not everyone is 100% for the Olympic Games. This image is not related to the Olympic Games but I saw this couple in the middle of Oxford Circus and I ran up to them and asked for a picture. Aren't they cute? I ran into Kip Keino, the legendary runner from Kenya, at the Vancouver Olympic Games and I ran into him in London at the Kenya house. He's a very gracious person and it's always great catching up with him. This young man from the east of London, ran with the torch because he plays a ton of sports. Doesn't he look lovely? I borrowed the torch from the young man and took a picture of it. Every person who loves the Olympic Games should have at least one picture with a torch. At the Olympic Games, every country has a house. The Nigeria house had some particularly good food. I caught a glimpse of the literary great Wole Soyinka at the Nigerian house. Sorry the picture is blury but he ran out quick. I ran into some Columbians at the Stratford mall. They loved me! The Czech house was one of the most impressive houses at the Olympic Games. Yes, even Olympic Gold medalists get rings too. Although I did not attend the closing ceremony, I did take this iconic picture of the stage. Can you see the union jack? I became an honorary Mexican when Mexico beat Brazil for the gold medal in the final soccer match. Athletes in the Olympic village signed a glass structure. Remember the guy who raised his fist at the 1968 Games? Yep that's him... and me. The people at the Grenada house were clamoring to take pictures of the team and Kirani James. One of my favorite moments was interviewing Kirani James. The only reason I have this picture is because I thought my videographer was filming but he wasn't! He missed such a good exchange between Kirani and I. Why didn't I get a picture of myself on BBC World Have Your Say? Because I'm DUMB!!! These people were guests though. One of the coolest things about the Olympic Games is taking pictures with fans from around the world. When I found myself as one of the few Americans at sprint kayaking, I decided to join the throng of Hungarians. I don't know how I took this picture, but isn't it cool? This is how it feels to sit at the top of the Olympic Stadium I ran into Al Roker at the Today show! Can you guess which country these fans were supporting? Unlike my previous experience at the Olympic Games (which included great seats at the track), my cheap seats had me nearly at the top of the bleachers! The army and Royal Air Force were often spotted at the Olympic Venues helping with security. I took a picture of this air force man's collection of pins because it seemed to contradict the goal of the Olympic Games - to engender peace in the world through sport. The Olympic Games would not take place without the great volunteers. These tickets were worth ALOT of money.... This is one of my favorite pictures. I took this picture before the Opening Ceremony at the Victoria Live Site. We met some french friends while waiting in line to get into the venue. The 100m final fell on the eve of the 50th anniversary of Jamaican independence. London was green and yellow for an entire weekend. I took this picture with Columbian fans at the Weightlifting and Wrestling venue. Roman style returned for the Greco-Roman wrestling! This boxer was the world champion in Italy in 2009. Everyone needs a stadium picture right? This is a familiar scene for me at the Olympic Games - selling or buying tickets. I never knew this but the there's usually five times as many people behind the presenters on a television show. Eric Kynard signs autographs at the NBC Today Show in the Olympic Park. Everybody thought he was Kobe Bryant. I never thought I would be able to see the top of the stadium. But I did. Every needs to sit at the top of the stadium at least once in their life right? One of the most fun parts about the Olympic Games is meeting people from around the world. When I was at the canoe sprinting, I met tons of Hungarians. They do well in Canoeing apparently. This was my view from sprint canoeing. I'm not sure if I'll be returning to see this sport again. I think my friends and I were the only Americans there! These were some of my co-hosts on the World Have Your Say program on the BBC. We talked about David Rudisha's win, Usain Bolt and whether he's a legend, and BMX cycling. I had the best Olympic meal at the Grenada House on a Friday. We celebrated Fish Friday. This was stewed fish and salad. The last Saturday at the Olympic Games was the hottest and they were handing out sunscreen at the Hyde Park live site. This was the only picture that I managed to capture with Kirani James, who I interviewed with Socialcam. Can you see Gabby Douglas next to the beam? I wore this outfit on my first day to the stadium. I recommend wearing gold shoes to the stadium. This is my favorite picture of the stadium.
